The study also compares how these reasons operate across different product categories, namely search goods and experience goods. Data were collected through a survey of 200 Gen Z respondents who actively engage in online shopping. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that positive reasons have a positive and significant effect on attitude, with a path coefficient of 0.607, making it the strongest determinant of consumer attitude. Negative reasons also significantly influence attitude, although with a much weaker effect (β = 0.090). Furthermore, attitude significantly and strongly affects purchase intention, with a path coefficient of 0.709. The R-square results show that 43.1% of the variance in attitude is explained by positive and negative reasons, while 50.3% of the variance in purchase intention is explained by attitude. These findings support BRT’s central proposition that reasons serve as rational explanations that shape attitudes before influencing behavioral intentions. Comparative analysis between search goods and experience goods further suggests that positive reasons remain the dominant factor across both product types. This study seeks to examine the influence of brand image, price value, and perceived usefulness on users’ intentions to subscribe to Spotify Premium. A quantitative research design was adopted, with data collected through questionnaires administered to Spotify users. The relationships among the variables were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The findings reveal that brand image, price value, and perceived usefulness exert a positive and significant impact on subscription intention. These results indicate that a favorable brand image, a perceived balance between price and benefits, as well as the functional usefulness and convenience of the service are critical drivers in encouraging consumers to subscribe. The study’s implications are expected to offer practical insights for Spotify in formulating more effective marketing strategies, particularly in enhancing brand image, implementing competitive pricing schemes, and continuously improving service quality and features. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 26 through validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression. The results show that all three variables influencers, E-WOM, and live streaming have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Among the three, live streaming has the largest impact. This is because consumers feel more confident when they can see live </em><em>product demonstrations, interact with sellers in real-time, and receive special promotions during the live broadcast. Meanwhile, E-WOM also plays an important role, as consumers tend to consider reviews and the experiences of other users before making a purchase. Influencers have a smaller effect compared to the other two variables, as not all consumers feel personally connected to recommendations from influencers. Overall, these three variables can explain 63.5% of the variance in purchasing decisions. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 30 respondents who are employees of SMPIT Assalaam Pekalongan through a Likert-scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software.</p> <p>The results indicate that partially, transformational leadership and employee engagement do not have a significant effect on employee loyalty, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. However, the simultaneous test shows that transformational leadership, employee engagement, and job satisfaction collectively have a significant effect on employee loyalty. The coefficient of determination demonstrates that the research model is able to explain a substantial proportion of the variance in employee loyalty.</p> <p>These findings confirm that job satisfaction is the dominant factor in shaping employee loyalty, particularly within the context of educational organizations, while transformational leadership and employee engagement function as collective supporting factors. The study used a quantitative explanatory approach with a survey method of consumers who had made purchases through live streaming commerce. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the measurement model and structural model. The test results showed that all research indicators met the validity and reliability criteria. Empirical findings revealed that viral marketing and e-WOM had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while live streaming did not have a significant direct influence. Viral marketing acts as an initial trigger that increases consumer awareness and interest through social information dissemination. Meanwhile, e-WOM is the most dominant factor in influencing purchasing decisions because it functions as a form of social validation that can reduce risk perception and increase consumer trust. Live streaming plays a more active role as a means of consumer interaction and engagement that has an indirect impact on purchasing decisions, thus requiring the support of other factors such as trust and credible consumer reviews. However, in practice, work discipline is often influenced by unclear internal regulations and weak leadership roles in instilling organizational values and norms. The research method involves a systematic review of reputable national and international journal articles as well as academic books relevant to organizational regulation, transformational leadership, and employee work discipline. The SLR process includes identification, selection, quality assessment, and synthesis of the literature based on a rational and systematic logical framework. The findings indicate that organizational regulatory clarity serves as a normative foundation that provides behavioral certainty and enhances employee compliance, while transformational leadership plays a critical role in internalizing disciplinary values through role modeling, motivation, and inspiration. The integration of these two factors is proven to strengthen sustainable employee work discipline. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 culinary MSMEs. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that partially, business capital and financial management had a positive and significant effect on MSME sustainability, while financial literacy had no significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly influenced MSME sustainability, with a coefficient of determination of 80.2%, meaning the model was able to explain 80.2% of business sustainability, while the remainder was influenced by other variables outside this study. The findings of this study indicate that the sustainability of culinary MSMEs in Sorong City is determined more by capital capacity and the quality of financial management than by theoretical financial literacy. This study examines the affective pathway driving impulsive in-game purchases by analyzing the effects of aesthetic quality, competitive drive, user experience, and perceived scarcity on impulsive buying, with perceived enjoyment as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 216 active Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players in Indonesia who had previously made in-game purchases. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).</p> <p data-start="99" data-end="783">The findings indicate that aesthetic quality, competitive drive, user experience, and perceived scarcity have positive and significant effects on perceived enjoyment, with user experience and competitive drive emerging as the strongest predictors. Data were collected from 53 respondents through an online survey to analyze their experiences in dynamic project environments, particularly in the information technology sector. The analytical method employed was Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to process the data and test the relationships among variables.</p> <p>The findings indicate that shared leadership has a positive effect on project success, as it enhances team involvement and encourages more collaborative decision-making. However, knowledge sharing and team cohesion do not function as significant mediators in this relationship. Based on these results, the study suggests that although shared leadership can strengthen team dynamics, other factors such as communication effectiveness and project implementation strategies exert a greater influence on project success. Most previous studies on the effectiveness of rice subsidies and food price stabilization policies have been conducted in regions such as Java, Sumatra, and Sulawesi. This research offers a novel contribution by examining the implementation of rice subsidies in Sorong City, an area characterized by distinct geographical and logistical conditions. Distribution patterns, transportation costs, and infrastructure limitations in Southwest Papua generate findings that differ from those identified in other regions.</p> <p>The study employs a qualitative approach combining literature review and field data. Data were collected through interviews with the Food Security Agency, rice distributors, and beneficiary communities, as well as through an analysis of policy documents related to food subsidies.</p> <p>The results indicate that the rice subsidy program plays a significant role in maintaining price stability and ensuring the availability of staple food supplies. However, its effectiveness is still influenced by distribution mechanisms, transparency, and the accuracy of targeting beneficiaries. Improvements in data management systems and distribution monitoring are necessary to enhance the efficiency and fairness of program implementation in the field.</p> <p>This study focuses exclusively on Sorong City as the research location. Data processing was conducted using SPSS version 26 to identify independent variables affecting the dependent variable.</p> <p>The data analysis techniques comprised descriptive analysis and statistical analysis, including multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test to determine the significance of each variable’s effect.</p> <p>The results indicate that partially, leadership has a negative effect on employee performance, while work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance. The research is motivated by growing uncertainty surrounding the behavioural effectiveness of digital marketing among digital-native consumers who increasingly experience advertising fatigue. A quantitative correlational approach was employed, and the data were analysed using a series of statistical procedures, including normality assessment, correlation testing and multiple regression, to evaluate the extent to which each predictor contributes to purchase intention. The findings reveal a clear imbalance in influence. Digital marketing does not demonstrate a significant effect on purchase intention, suggesting that promotional visibility alone is no longer sufficient to encourage behavioural responses. By contrast, brand image shows a strong and meaningful positive influence, highlighting the importance of credibility, authenticity and perceived product safety in shaping cosmetic purchasing decisions. The overall model displays a high explanatory ability, reinforcing the central role of brand-related trust cues in guiding consumer behaviour within high-risk product categories. The study contributes to existing theoretical perspectives by strengthening empirical support for the asymmetric influence model and extending signalling and trust–risk approaches to the context of Indonesian beauty e-commerce. In practical terms, the findings suggest that platforms should give greater emphasis to credibility-building strategies, including authenticity verification and transparent product information, rather than relying heavily on promotional volume. The results indicate that GPM has a positive and significant effect on profit growth, while NPM has a positive but not significant effect. Simultaneously, bothvariablesshowa positive yet insignificant effect on profit growth. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.686 suggests that 68.6% of the variation in profit growth can be explained by GPM and NPM, with the remaining 31.4%influenced by otherfactorsoutside the model. However, the implementation of digital systems does not always run optimally, as it is influenced by organizational readiness, human resource capacity, and the availability of supporting technological infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the strategy for implementing Smart Office and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the effectiveness of public services.</em></p> <p><em>This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through open-ended interviews conducted via Google Forms and document analysis. A total of 22 informants were involved, including senior officials, structural officers, administrative staff, system operators, school principals, teachers, and education service users. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis based on 40 response variables and supported by policy documents related to Smart Office and the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE).</em></p> <p><em>The findings indicate that Smart Office implementation contributes to faster administrative processes, improved document traceability, and increased transparency and accountability. Nevertheless, challenges remain in terms of technological infrastructure limitations, digital literacy gaps among employees, and the lack of systematic training and evaluation. A simple interface, clear transaction flow, and the ability to conduct transactions without physical presence enhance perceptions of efficiency and service convenience. These results confirm that the success of digital service innovation largely depends on the extent to which technology aligns with users’ capabilities and needs, rather than merely on system sophistication.</p> <p>Beyond usability, institutional trust plays a central role in the adoption of digital gold pawn services. Pegadaian’s reputation as a state-owned enterprise, the assurance of physical gold availability through a 1:1 system, and data security protections significantly reduce consumers’ psychological risk when engaging in high-value asset-based digital services. This finding suggests that digital transformation in traditional financial services requires a strong foundation of trust to achieve broad acceptance.</p> <p>The study also emphasizes that digitalization does not fully replace conventional services; instead, it fosters a hybrid service model integrating digital and face-to-face channels. This model enables service flexibility while maintaining inclusivity, particularly for consumers with varying levels of digital literacy. Compliance with rules, punctuality, and a high level of responsibility form the foundation of work behavior that directly contributes to the achievement of optimal work outcomes. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on performance. Non-physical aspects, particularly supervisor support and harmonious working relationships, are the main driving forces, while improvements in the physical environment are still necessary to support productivity more evenly. </em></p> <p><em>Work discipline and the work environment together exert a very strong and dominant influence on employee performance. The findings reveal that this transformation is mediated by Pegadaian employees who act as financial change agents. Three key mechanisms are identified. First, employees build trust by leveraging relationships previously established through pawn transactions. Second, they provide contextualized financial education that bridges traditional perceptions of gold with modern investment concepts. Third, they offer continuous assistance throughout the gold investment process.</p> <p>The results demonstrate that the success of financial institution transformation largely depends on the capacity of its human capital to function as translators of financial culture. Their role extends beyond increasing financial literacy to reshaping customers’ economic behavior from short-term consumption toward long-term wealth accumulation.
