Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan Power Leadership yang merupakan elemen penting dalam keberhasilan perusahaan, khususnya PT. PNM Cabang Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengkaji lebih dalam jenis-jenis Power Leadership. Informan sebagai subjek penelitian adalah satu Manajer, satu Kepala Unit dan dua anggota staf yang dipilih berdasarkan keunikannya, yaitu Gen Z. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuasaan mempengaruhi perilaku karyawan dan kinerja kerja serta menumbuhkan budaya kerja yang positif. Kekuatan kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan PT. PNM Cabang Samarinda adalah; Kekuatan Hadiah, Kekuatan Legitimasi, Kekuatan Referensi, Kekuatan Ahli.
